When you walk though the doors of 360 Martial Arts you will find a friendly helpful staff that is committed to helping you achieve your goals. Our instructors are trained, respectful and courteous. We provide a positive, encouraging and respectful environment that is conducive to learning. Our goals are to develop well trained martial artists by focusing on the mind and heart as well as the body. Martial arts is about self defense but the techniques used on a daily basis are positive attitude, discipline, respect, goal setting, integrity, and mental focus. Weather you are a child, adult professional or an athlete in the MMA world, these tools will be helpful in achieving success.

            Curriculum

 

Our school provides training in all three areas of self defense. Standing up, on the ground and against / using a weapon. The stand up arts taught in our school are Muay Thai Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do. The ground art is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the weapons art is Eskrima (filipino stick and knife fighting).

We provide these arts in a mixed martial art program. We also provide a seperate Eskrima and Jiu Jitsu program.

            Teaching methods
 

We use positive reinforcement and consistent correction to help create new learning habits. Also using traditional martial arts etiquette we reinforce concentration, respect and discipline.

In order to create skill we must use repetition but we creatively hide the repetition using different fun and exciting drills .

Starting his training by the age of 9 Mr Reyes has studied all aspects of self defense, specifically ground, stand up and weapons. Mr Reyes has developed a well rounded background in the martial arts. In 1992 he finished 3rd in the US TKD Championships (USTU) and qualified for US Olympic Team Trials...............
